Why are some episodes missing from On Demand?

We do not receive the recording directly from the broadcasters, so there can be occasional technical issues if the schedule changes or where the recording doesn't successfully generate and we can't get it back.

If the programme is repeated then we can try and record again but this isn't always possible.
