Why are some programmes unavailable to watch?

Due to the content rights of people who make TV programmes, we are not allowed to stream some programmes online.  Usually, the programmes TVPlayer is not allowed to show you are not available to watch on other services either.

This is not an error with your account or an issue with the TVPlayer service.

The good news is that most TV channels have cleared almost all of their programmes so they can be watched online and we are working with our channel partners to keep content restrictions to a minimum.
