Declined Transaction Upon Sign-Up

If your card is being declined when you are trying to sign up for a new subscription, then this is due to one of two reasons:

1. The account does not have sufficient funds to cover the transaction amount at the time of the transaction.

2. Your bank has declined the transaction. You will need to contact your bank or card holder for more details.
