Troubleshooting your iPhone or iPad
If you are having problems with the TVPlayer app on your iPhone or iPad then please carry take the following steps.
Force close the app, you can do this by following these steps:
- Double-click the Home button to show your most recently used apps.
- Swipe right or left to find the app that you want to close.
- Swipe up on the app's preview to close the app.
Check for updates to the operating system on your phone:
- On your home screen, tap Settings > General > Software Update.
Restart your device.
Uninstall and reinstall the app.
