If you subscribed to TVPlayer using your Apple account (via an in-app purchase on iPhone, iPad or Apple TV), you need to manage your subscription in the iTunes App Store.
What does this mean?
This means that for all billing or payment queries, refunds or cancellations you need to contact Amazon. TVPlayer.com do not have access to your billing information, so are not able to make any billing adjustments or cancel these purchases for you.
To Manage your Apple subscription for TVPlayer:
1. Please visit: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/billing
2. Sign in using your Apple credentials
3. Manage your subscription (example Appstore can be seen below)
